    • I have my post-doc oasis up (https://github.com/CU-ESIIL/biotic_niche_modeling), have preliminary code
  • Data gathering and curation for Kansas and Indiana + Northwestern US
    • Kansas = MAPS
    • Indiana = Geoffrey House
    • Northwest = GlobalAMFungi
  • Defining the boundaries for niche modeling
    • Can geospatial (climate, land use, cover, and soil type data) help?
    • DEMs at 1 m resolution might help for the micro-environment settings definition.
    • Ecotypes? Discuss with Jorge
  • How about the plants' dataset?
    • Gbif?
    • How do we define the same community (soil and plant)
