Working Group Guide¶
This guide is the handbook for proposing, launching, running, and finishing an ESIIL Working Group.
Use it to answer three questions:

Working Group Lifecycle¶
- Review the RFP and prepare the proposal using the Guide for Applicants.
- Identify the Project Leader, Co-Leaders, Tech Lead, Collaboration Lead, and Transition Lead.
- After selection, use the Guide for New Groups to confirm roles, team norms, repositories, data inventories, and early milestones.
- During the active period, use the Guide for Groups During the Two Years to keep work visible, supported, and documented.
- At closeout, use the Guide to Finishing and Reporting to inventory outputs, clarify reuse, and prepare final records.
