Tracking Team AI Use

In our ESIIL Collaboration Lead Guidelines and Resources we provide a link to our ESIIL AI/ML Scoreboard Tracker.

This AI/ML scoreboard helps teams streamline their AI tracking process for publications, products, and team agreements. This template can be adjusted to each group's needs. Groups can list their members by product (see sheet tabs), include the AI model used, and which section of the product or manuscript AI was used for.

In the template, empty cells under the different AI use categories assumes no AI was used for that purpose. The types of AI use categories are based off of current top journal requirements. There is also an AI checkpoint sheet where teams can list their AI team agreements to cross reference with their products. Overall this scoreboard will help your team work better together and encourage transparency.
