Norming & Teaming

To help ESIIL Working Groups be successful, effective and enjoyable we recommend teams formulate their group agreements early on in the collaboration process. To assist with that, the team science and community care teams have created a variety of templates, examples, slidedecks, and questions to help your team navigate this process.

With our ESIIL Collaboration Lead Guidelines and Resources: Team Agreements Template Slidedeck we provide language and example questions for working groups to proactively discuss key components of their collaboration and to work through important team agreements. Here we have included agreements related to interpersonal dynamics, logistics, technical aspects as well as data sharing and attribution.
