Important material flagged as left behind

Draft 02 improved the conceptual opening, threshold logic, and oxygen-supply mechanism, but it also dropped reviewer-confidence material that should probably be restored in later proposal sections: the explicit model ladder, benchmark architecture, workflow credibility, concrete deliverables, and direct FIRE-MODEL framing.

Main changes

  • Draft 02 is more concise and more essay-like.
  • Draft 02 strengthens the coherence-threshold story and the transport-limited scaling argument.
  • Draft 02 introduces an explicit oxygen-ventilation mechanism for when rapid coherent spread becomes possible.
  • Draft 02 simplifies the modeling contrast into a wave-based local model versus a geometric coherent-front model.
  • Draft 02 removes much of Draft 01's computational architecture, model hierarchy, regime-space formalism, and execution-detail scaffolding.

The best working strategy is to keep Draft 02's stronger conceptual opening while reintroducing Draft 01's execution logic, benchmark plan, and solicitation-facing deliverables.
